SHAWN: Doesn?t that sound ridiculous? Give yourself the grace to grow and track when it?s right! Journal. Like get a little journal and track when it?s right and track when it doesn?t hit. Track what you?re feeling. Track when it was correct, what you were feeling inside, what you were thinking. Maybe the times that you?re getting it the most right like I had one guy tell me I was in the most unbelief before all the times I was getting it the most right. So now whenever I?m in extreme unbelief over what I?m getting inside I know it?s God!

 

AUDIENCE: [LAUGHTER]

 

SHAWN: I mean how weird is that? Our processes are all different so I want to encourage you figure out your process. Nobody can make your process happen and nobody can want prophecy or desire it for you. You have to want it yourself. You have to actually manifest out of your own faith this journey with God but it?s do-able and you can do it! I promise you that if you try and do this it will blow you away. Now the last thing I?ll say is I just got a text while we were sitting here, I just got a Facebook text and one of the girls who?s involved with the West Virginia revival, have you heard about this? In the last 8 week over 4000 people have gotten saved! And she just wrote me. I didn?t know I had any connection to it at all. She just wrote me and said we?ve been going through your book ?Translating God? for the last two weeks. We?re doing a ten week study on it and almost all the leaders involved with the revival are going through it and we?re taking greater and greater risks. And one of the brand new girls, converts in Applebee?s gave a word to someone that contained so much detail that it provoked us to all to be hungry because we?re doing this study together and we?re like if she can do it as a brand new believer we?re all doing it. So we?re all getting high-level words of knowledge. Just so you know it?s the next wave of what?s going on here in West Virginia.

 

AUDIENCE: [CLAPPING] Woo!

 

SHAWN: So here?s my challenge to you. If I can do it, if our used-to-be-orphans in Africa can do it, if our girls who used to be street walkers can do it, if the West Virginia kids who are just getting saved out of High Schools can do it you?d better believe you can do this! But it?s going to take a process and it?s going to take some hard work and faith and belief and not getting discouraged and not having significance issues and not getting into performance and just going God, You are God I?m not and I don?t have to look like You! I don?t have to be awesome. Thank You Jesus! I?m not awesome. You?re awesome and when you come and choose to be awesome in me oh it?s so awesome! And when I?m just me it?s not so awesome. So teach me how to walk with You in Jesus? name. Amen. Okay. Let me pray for you. Holy Spirit, I pray over this group. I see you over here too. I pray over this group and I pray over those watching right now. I pray over you. I pray that God would give you a word of knowledge ministry, a prophetic ministry that if you would be diligent to pursue this God is going to give you details of people?s hearts that are undeniable, a black and white moment with Jesus where they go oh my gosh, oh my gosh You?re real! Oh my gosh You saw me in those times! Oh my gosh You knew me when it was hardest! Oh my gosh You were there from the beginning! Lord I pray that we would have those ?aha? moments. That we would birth better ?aha moments? than Oprah can. God that you would give us an ability to prophesy and to touch people?s lives! And I pray over each one of you watching and each one of you who is here that you would have an impartation of a manifestation of prophetic anointing that would stimulate and advance and accelerate this process in your life! I believe this is a ?now time? for this. I believe I?m walking in something that?s transferrable. I feel a blanket going across this auditorium. I?m feeling it going all the way through the airways right now, all the way through the internet. I pray that there would be a release right now of glory! In Jesus? name! Now I?m going to give you some words here and I think most of the words here will be local. I did write them down when I was in the green room. I have a friend named, it?s actually a whole family. The Hendrickson family. But I felt like maybe there was someone with the last name of Hendrickson. Is that, you?re a Hendrickson? Henderson? Okay. Is your name John? This is you then. Okay, this is good. I saw then the Hendrickson?s but you?re Henderson, John. That?s all I got. I?m nervous now. Umm.

 

AUDIENCE: [LAUGHTER]

 

SHAWN: I did write down that do you have just one daughter

 

JOHN: Yes.

 

SHAWN: And do you have two sons?

 

JOHN: Three.

 

SHAWN: Three sons. And are two of them married or all three of them married?

 

JOHN: Two are married.

 

SHAWN: Two are married so you have two daughter-in laws cause I was seeing three girls.

JOHN: Yes.

 

SHAWN: That?s how I was seeing it. And I felt like God was just saying that from the time they were little you?ve prayed for them for this incredible purpose. And there?s John Jr. There?s a John Jr., right? And I feel like John Jr.?s going to be your signpost in this next season. He?s a great young man but he?s about to come into like significance of purpose and identity like he never has. And I?m telling you his life like he?s going to come into, I feel like part of it is linked to career and desire inside of him. And I feel like God is saying I?m moving on behalf of your children. All of your prayers have been heard from heaven. He loves your prayer life so much and I felt like I wrote down this phrase which may mean something. He said the church is rising around you. You have a message for the church.

 

JOHN: Ha-ha. [LAUGHING AND CLAPPING]

 

SHAWN: What does that mean to you?

 

JOHN: Our new church is called ?the Rising.?

 

SHAWN: Oh come on!

 

AUDIENCE: [CLAPPING]

 

SHAWN: That?s awesome! Well He told me that you have a message to help the church ascend. That?s amazing!

 

AUDIENCE: [CLAPPING]

 

SHAWN: That?s amazing. Lord God! I?m telling you He?s going to answer your prayers and even as you?ve done such a good job of loving His kids so much, not just your own kids, but so many people?s kids. He?s going to do such a great job of fathering your children in this season. Each one of them is going through like greater purpose, like questioning. And some of them have a little bit of purpose discouragement. Don?t let this, tell them not to be super discouraged. God is going to intervene in their lives if they just call out to God. Just ask Him what He wants for them in this season. In 2016 and 2017 these bigger question marks are going to be answered by His heart over your children and the in-law kids, like these two in-laws, the daughters.

 

JOHN: Yes.

 

SHAWN: And your daughter?s husband and maybe her little boy? Did she have a little boy?

 

JOHN: Yes. [LAUGHING]

 

AUDIENCE: [LAUGHTER]

 

SHAWN: And so God?s is there someone

 

JOHN: It?s my son-in-law and my grandson.

 

SHAWN: So your son-in-law and grandson are right here. So God is touching them with such a spirit of love and power. Your whole family unit?s going to be blessed! So bless you guys! Thanks for coming today.

SHAWN: Jesus is so good. Wow! I?m so glad. It?s happening, guys, it?s happening.

 

AUDIENCE: [LAUGHTER]

 

SHAWN: Okay. I?m taking a big risk here. And I saw a username as DBLASS07. Does that make sense to anybody? DBLASS07? And it might be a Diane. Does that make sense? There?s somebody who works here but she?s not here in the room now? Okay. She?s at her desk right now? Can you go ask her if that?s her username? Hey we can do it even though it?s on TV right now we can do this. This is great. So DBLASS07 just so she knows. I had one more username. I never get usernames but I asked God for new information I never get and He gave me Terry Bishop 911. Is that a username? Where is he? Terry Bishop you?re working on the show and we?re getting you. Is this, is this your, is this a username you use? Terry Bishop 911? Is that like your email or something? That?s your username for what? What is it your username for? He?s getting pulled off his project. The show may not work anymore but the live will work.

 

AUDIENCE: [LAUGHTER]

 

SHAWN: What is it?

DONNA: But that’s not what God ever intended! Heh!

 

AUDIENCE: Yes.

 

DONNA: He told us what? There’s greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world! So we have to know that we know that we have a relationship with God!

 

AUDIENCE: Amen!

 

DONNA: And you know here’s Hannah. She had a desire. I believe God obviously put that desire on the inside of her but the one who was closest to her tried to talk her out of it! Well-meaning. He wanted her to be happy. But I want to tell you there are some things that God puts in your spirit that people can’t get for you!

 

AUDIENCE: Wow. That’s right.

 

DONNA: Even if they wanted to they can’t manufacture it. You know Elkanah had done everything he could do to try to give her a baby. Right? It wasn’t happening. But that’s because God wanted to get credit for this miracle! And so she couldn’t go to her husband for it. She had to go to God! And just when everybody else around her had given up on the miracle what happened? The Bible said she stood up! [laughing] She changed her position! She moved! And see this is a very important aspect of faith. Oftentimes when God begins to put something in our spirit that He wants to do something new in our life, He wants to bring about a miracle, He asks us to act! It was just like Sid was saying. Begin to act into your miracle! Begin to move towards something! You remember when God called Abram? He told him all the litany of things that He was going to do for him. He said I’m going to bless you. I’m going to bless your family and I’m going to give you a homeland and in you all the nations of the world are going to be blessed! But He said you got to get up out of your home country and follow Me! And go where I tell you to go even though you don’t know where you’re going!

 

AUDIENCE: Mm!

 

DONNA: See the problem is many Christians have gotten too complacent just sitting in a pew hoping that someday the prophet’s going to come and give them a word that’s going to change their life when all the words you ever need are right here in the Book!

 

AUDIENCE: [CLAPPING]

 

DONNA: And if you just get up in faith and act on them you’re going to have the miracle that you need! See we’ve got to have a relationship with the Word of God. And she, Hannah didn’t go to the psychiatrist. She didn’t go to the doctor. She didn’t go to any type of fertility doctor. She didn’t go to the banker. That’s where we’d go. We want help we go with the arm of flesh every single time and then if that doesn’t work we go to God. But Hannah knew her last hope and her only hope was the Lord and she stood up and went to the house of God. This is what I want to tell you. There might be some of you who have allowed the enemy’s lies and your circumstance to actually bow your head, disfigure your face like Hannah, take away your appetite and put a depression on you. Can I share a little story with you?

 

AUDIENCE: Yeah.

 

DONNA: When I first started travelling with my father as an afternoon speaker I was also the general manager of his ministry. And you can imagine I had done education my whole life so I had to learn a whole new business. And then I was called into the inner cities to do deliverance ministry. And so I remember clearly one day I was packing my suitcase and I begin to hear a voice in my ear saying you know you’re really too busy to take three weeks off to go to the inner city. You really don’t need to go to a tent meeting anyway. The only one they’re really coming to hear is your father. And I would be saying yeah. And then I heard besides it’s just the afternoon service, not too many people in the afternoon service and I began to agree. Don’t ever agree with the devil, folks!

 

AUDIENCE: Yes! Amen!

 

DONNA: Cause he’ll just keep piling on! Finally you know he played dirty! He can play dirty! You know the last thing he said to me and after all you’re just a woman!

 

AUDIENCE: Oh wow! [LAUGHTER]

 

DONNA: And I said yeah so I picked up the phone and I called my dad. You know dad I’ve got so many things to go, I’ve got so many things going on in the ministry. Why don’t I bow out of this tent meeting? He says I hope you’re packing your bags cause you’re going, girl!

 

AUDIENCE: [LAUGHTER]

 

DONNA: So I packed and I went and got moved and I forgot all about that conversation with the enemy until the next tent meeting. And I started hearing those lies but this time I started to believe them. Yeah, they don’t really want to hear me. It’s just the inner city. I don’t feel like going anyway. I’m too tired to go and I actually can see myself, I remember the day, my head in my hands, sitting on my sofa feeling like I’d never amount to anything. I’d never be a preacher. I’d never measure up. And the Holy Spirit began to speak to me. Who called you? You did Lord. Who’s the one who knew you when you was in your mother’s womb and called you as a prophet to the nations? You did Lord. And I began to change my position. Who’s the one who sent you to the inner city? You did Lord. You’re going on assignment to set the captives free. Yes Lord! And all of a sudden I stood up on my feet and I began to talk to that dirty rotten devil and I said devil I want to tell you something. You’ve been a liar from the beginning! You are the father of lies and I’m not accepting it anymore!

 

AUDIENCE: [CLAPPING]

 

DONNA: You didn’t call me to preach! God preached. And you don’t like my preaching too bad! I hope you’re in the audience cause I’m going to preach louder when you’re sitting there! I’m going to heal the sick and cast out devils!

 

AUDIENCE: [CLAPPING]

 

DONNA: And then it started to go something like this! [shouts in tongues] and I was spread-eagle in my living room. And then when I got done looked around and guess what? Shoo! No devil! [laughs] So I’m going to tell you there’s something about standing up, letting your spirit rise up standing on the Word of God! I remember Dodie Osteen talking about how when she was diagnosed with cancer and she was supposed to die in two weeks. She literally got the Bible out. Put it on the living room floor and stood on it! Said God, I’m not standing on a doctor’s report! I’m standing on Your Word! Hallelujah!

 

AUDIENCE: Yeah! [CLAPPING]

 

DONNA: We’ve got to move toward our miracle! Turn to somebody and poke them and say move toward your miracle! You at home say, I’m moving! In fact why don’t you stand up right now and begin to worship God! Now you going to tell, that’s okay, you can do it [laughing].

 

AUDIENCE: Praise the Lord! [CLAPPING]

 

DONNA: Hallelujah! Thank You, Jesus!

 

AUDIENCE: [CLAPPING]

AUDIENCE:  (CLAPPING)

 

KEVIN:  Thank You Jesus. I want to ask you just to set down one more time please. Hallelujah. Thank You Jesus. There’s such a glory cloud in here. How many of you see that glory cloud in here? Wow. Now I want to ask you again. Test your bodies. And if you’d had a release, a healing, a miracle. Something’s different. Please just stand up. I know I’m asking you to stand up and sit down a lot but it’s easier for me to see. If you wouldn’t mind just please stand up if your back was just healed. If, if, whatever it was just stand up. If your hands were healed. If your eyes were healed. Hallelujah. If your elbows were healed. We have some over here. C’mon, let’s give God a handclap of appreciation.

 

AUDIENCE:  (CLAPPING)

 

KEVIN:  So what we’re doing you know in the ministry of Jesus sometimes He taught and sometimes He healed. So we’re just doin’ a little bit of both. Amen? I want to encourage you to embrace this aspect of God’s kingdom. Angelic ministry. You can embrace angelic ministry by entertaining His angels. Does anybody that want to do that?

 

AUDIENCE:  Yes.

 

KEVIN:  You know this is real and we’re at a season, we’re at a time, I like to call it an eternal crossroads on God’s calendar where He’s opening this up to whosoever. You don’t have to be a pastor, teacher, prophet, evangelist or apostle. Remember the “five-fold ministry.” Anyone can operate in this aspect of God’s kingdom. Anyone can begin to discern and co-labor with God’s angels but sometimes it comes as we learn to recognize them. And one of the things you can begin to do to learn to recognize God’s angels is to entertain them. Hallelujah. You know as a new believer I had this encounter in heaven. Jesus took me up into heaven and He said I’m assigning these angels to your ministry. And I came back, after I came back I just began to be ravenous for the word of God. I began to study the scriptures and I’ve done it for about 15 years now, just devouring the scriptures. Learning as much as I could about the word of God and reference to God’s angels. That’s a key for you. You want to accelerate angelic ministry in your life? Study instances in the scripture where there were angelic encounters. Like the Book of Revelation. Ezekiel. Hallelujah. “I saw the Lord high and lifted up.” You can exercise your spiritual senses in this way. I saw in the Book of Hebrews where it said that many people have entertained God’s angels without being aware of it. And I thought to myself well you know what? If people can entertain God’s angels without being aware of it I can do it on purpose. And I began to. I began to entertain God’s angels. Now at that point in my life I was poor. I was impoverished. I wasn’t doing very well at all. And I would just get into my little house and I would just, I would cry out to God. I would fast, pray, read the word of God, rest in His presence and I would meditate upon the word of God. In other words I would study it and I would think about it. And in Psalm 4 I would rest on my bed. And now I begin to have angelic activity in the house so instead of becoming fearful I would entertain them because I had seen where people had done it without being aware of it so I thought well I’m going to entertain God’s angels on purpose so I would tell them things like hey, guys, listen! There’s Ramen noodles and Kool Aid in the kitchen. If you’d like some just help yourself.

 

AUDIENCE:  (LAUGHTER)

 

KEVIN:  You know looking back on it now I don’t think God’s angels like Ramen noodles and Kool Aid. That’s pretty much all I had in the house. That’s one reason why I fasted and prayed a lot.

 

AUDIENCE:  (LAUGHTER)

 

KEVIN:  But things began to happen. There began to be an outpouring of supernatural experiences and supernatural things begin to happen in my house. And one day I was in my prayer room and I was praying and I was tellin’ God Lord, if you’re not going to come down here I’m going to come up there because I really had seen God’s angels for a season. It had stopped so I really wanted it to be activated again so I’m entertaining God’s angels and all of a sudden I hear these voices in my living room so I get up very quietly and I go out of my prayer room which was really my little micro-bathroom and walked into the living room and “POOF!” There’s seven angels and this big angel in the living room and they’re playing around and joking and having fun. Hallelujah. So sometimes when you begin to entertain God’s angels they’ll be attracted to you. You know when we teach about God’s angels from the scripture what begins to happens is they get very excited and there are a lot of angels that are very excited right now because people are going to begin to learn how they can co-labor with them. That God’s angels are real. And that you have at least one angel God has assigned to you and you can begin co-labor with them on this side of eternity. Can someone say amen to that?

 

AUDIENCE:  Amen!

 

KEVIN:  And God’s angels are ready, willing and able to help you. So as you begin to entertain God’s angels they’ll begin to manifest. Hallelujah! I just want to decree over you that some of you are going to have angelic encounters and angelic visitations tonight.

 

AUDIENCE:  Amen!

 

KEVIN:  Let me say that again.

 

AUDIENCE:  Yeah. Amen. (CLAPPING)

SID: Welcome to “Something More” [CHUCKLES]! And I’m gonna tell you, you are going to get “Something More” on this show. This is Sid Roth with my friend, th-the NEW –

SID: Dr. David Herzog!

DAVID: [CHUCKLES]

SID: “My son, the doctor!” [LAUGHS]

DAVID: [LAUGHS]

SID: That’s what your father would say, right?

DAVID: There you go! Yeah.

SID: Um, but um, and by the way, for the record, David just told me it’s an “earned” doctorate.

DAVID: [LAUGHS]

SID: Uh, David, I just got an email from you about you’re minding your own business, you’re having uh one of you – you celebrate the biblical festivals because you believe they’re portals to Heaven.

DAVID: Um hm.

SID: Uh, and uh your worship leader messed you up! What happened?

DAVID: Well we’re doing our Pentecost conference like we always do, expecting God’s glory to come, and miracles, and salvation; and it’s the first night, and suddenly he just drops dead! The worship leader drops dead right during the first half-hour!

SID: Now how – how’s that for a start of a conference? [LAUGHS]

DAVID: And I had to speak after that too!

SID: [LAUGHS] Oh wouldn’t you – I hope you had a good message! No I’m just teasing!

DAVID: [LAUGHS]

SID: [LAUGHS]

DAVID: So – so I like, “Lord, he needs to get raised from the dead because it’ll affect my meeting!” No, that wasn’t the – and so he – he dropped and uh –

VIDEO: PRAISE BAND: [PLAYING WORSHIP MUSIC]

DAVID: so people thought he was like slain in the spirit or something, and after a few minutes, no he’s dead! They ran up to him, and so I told the worship leader, the second guy in charge that was backup, I said, “Keep leading the worship. Don’t stop, because if you stop, everyone’s going to panic and just go into ‘Oh my God!'” So I said, “Keep it going”, so everyone kept worshipping, and then a crowd of people went up and started to praying for him. Some others did some CPR that knew how to do it on him. And we had about oh, maybe 10 of us praying for him, you know. I was one of the ones praying, and commanding his spirit to come back in his body. And he came back!

[VIDEO ENDS]

DAVID: After a few minutes, his pulse started coming back. We felt a faint pulse –

SID: Um hm.

DAVID: and so I told the people, “His pulse is back!”, everyone cheered, “But keep praying,” then he died again. And he f-

SID: Now did you have a – a medic there that would –

DAVID: Yeah.

SID: say he died, or it – well how did you know?

DAVID: Well yeah, we had two. We had – first we had this – uh expert CPR training people, then we had the paramedics come in –

VIDEO: PRAISE BAND: [PLAYING WORSHIP MUSIC]

DAVID: from the hospital, and he was foaming – before the paramedics came, he was foaming at the mouth! He was cold dead-dead, –

SID: Hm.

DAVID: and we kept praying. Then they came in the meeting; they went on the stage, did their work, and we just kept praying! We – we kept worshiping, and singing the songs, so they were surprised. They were looking, and they said they felt the presence of God as soon as they walked in – they’re not Believers and we kept praying, praying, praying. Finally at the end they told us –

DAVID: not to go near the body, so we kept praying from a distance. And he was dead – dead-dead – and the paramedic was to – supposed to do like electric shock, and try to do something on him, and nothing worked. And we go, “Just keep praying everybody; keep praying!” And a voice told the paramedic – who’s not a Believer – “Try to bring him back one more time.” Because we were all praying, he thought “Maybe we should”, and he came back at the very end. And they said he’d died of double-heart – “widow’s heart attack,” the “widow maker” they call it, and they said they don’t see people come back from that. Wh – and they said they’re all un-Believers except for one; they’ve never seen this in their work, that someone comes back from a double heart attack – dies twice with a – a “widow maker” – and they could only attribute it to the prayers.

SID: So then did they whisk him off to the hospital –

DAVID: Yeah.

SID: to make sure he was okay?

DAVID: When they were whisking him off, he came back –

SID: Hm!

DAVID: from the dead, right at the last minute and an hour later, he was up talking! And they’ve never seen that, because the “widow maker,” you know that’s the big one; you don’t come back from that, especially –

SID: Um hm.

DAVID: if it happens twice in the same hour! So they were just so – the whole staff, everyone shocked – all the nurses, all the paramedics. And usually doctors try to like disprove if you say God did it. They were all saying it had to be the prayers; it wasn’t just a little CPR here and there.

SID: Now you have shared this story uh with our audience previously, but to me, it is so sensational. Uh –

SID: you and your wife were having meetings in France, many years ago; and France is NOT known –

[PHOTO ENDS]

SID: as a RED-HOT area for the glory of [CHUCKLES] God! Uh, and God spoke to you to do something that would affect your entire ministry. What did He say?

DAVID: So I decided to go to Israel; God kept telling me, “Go to Israel”, and I thought, “Why would I go to Israel? I’m a missionary to France! God didn’t call me to Israel He called me to France!”

SID: Um hm.

DAVID: I’m there for one year, and God says, “Go to Israel”! Okay, so how am I going to go to Israel? I had no money. The next – I said, “Lord, if it’s Your will, I need $3,000 for my wife and I to go”. It’s three weeks – outreach, visit, everything – with my Bible school who I had graduated from; they were going to meet me there. And the next day, my car sold for exactly $3,000, so I knew; okay, I’m supposed to go. That money was supposed to be the – sustain me on the mission field. Now I have no money, but I’m going to Israel!

SID: You know, you – you were really living on the edge back then!

DAVID: Aw yeah, totally – I mean, crazy.

SID: Now how – how does someone that – now you have experience, and you understand the – how faith operates. But back then, uh, you must have really had a grasp of faith to uh, I mean here you’re with your WIFE and you’re – that – your – your nest egg is your car, you sell it. And so – and you’re going to squander it, and in a few weeks –

DAVID: Exactly.

SID: by just going to Israel. Now you got nothing!

DAVID: [CHUCKLES] Exactly!

SID: Alright, so you go to Israel; now what?

DAVID: On my way there, I read a book by uh –

[PHOTO BEGINS]

DAVID: Shira Sorko-Ram called, uh, I forget what it was called, but how to share the Gospel to Jewish people! “I Became as a Jew,” I think it says.

SID: Yeah, I – I’ve read that.

DAVID: And I’m reading it, –

[PHOTO ENDS]

DAVID: and I read the last page that has the prayer! “Lord, use me please to reach Jewish people”. And I’m reading that last page as I’m at the airport waiting for the other tour from America to come – I’m coming in from France – and as soon as I say the prayer, I look to my right and there’s a little old Jewish lady sitting on the bench! She goes, “Hello, how are you doing?”, and the Lord says, “Start with her.” “Oh, right now?”

SID: [CHUCKLES]

DAVID: “Oh, well what was it I read?”, and “don’t ,” you know.

SID: [LAUGHS]

DAVID: And I – it was really fast. I – uh – you give the Lord an inch, and He’ll do it, IMMEDIATELY! I said, “Uh, how you doing?” I forgot how I did it, but I shared the gospel to her, and she accepted the Messiah, right there, weeping as she prayed. Then she said to me, “Be careful! You might get in trouble for sharing this in the rest of Israel.” In that tour, we led 13 people to the Lord: 10 Jewish Israelis, and 3 Arab Israelis. And that’s when God said –

VIDEO: DAVID AND WIFE: [WEEPING AND PRAYING]

DAVID: and then – and then went to the Upper Room. I got slammed to the floor by the power of God – I never get slain in the spirit up to that point – and the Lord spoke to me and said, “Now your ministry begins.” And I was thinking, “Well no; I’ve ministered before”, but to the Lord, it’s like now it gets – it’s clocked; like now it – things begin. And that’s REALLY where things really took off;

DAVID: when I reached the Jew first, in Israel. And then I came back to France, and we had revival for like 5 years straight.

SID: But before that, what was going on with your ministry in France?

DAVID: Um I had an anointing. I – I would evangelize on the streets, –

SID: Um hm.

DAVID: I would get people healed here and there, but nothing major of significance that – where anyone would say, “Wow! Well you know I need to come see that.” But I – at times, I would see miracles –

SID: Um hm.

DAVID: I would get people saved, but I KNEW there was – gotta be something more. And I was – I’d fasted and prayed for 3 days. One day, and I said, “Lord, what’s – how do I do this? This country’s really hard”; less than 1% Christian. And when I was fasting and praying, God gave me Romans 11. He said, “Do what Paul did. Paul was successful in Europe; you’re in Europe. What did Paul do? Paul was called to the Europeans too, like you are.” He goes, “I go to the Jew first. I magnify My ministry by going to the Jew first. And even if I just save SOME of them, or even just make them jealous, I have magnified My ministry,” which means to the Gentiles. And I thought, “Well, okay, that’s all I’m getting in prayer,” so after that fast, that’s when God said, “Go to Israel”. Went to Israel; came back, and a whole new move of God began to hit us; and for 5 years non-stop, we were in revival meetings for 5 years. On the fifth year, it went for 6 months straight. It was the longest running revival in 50 years in one church.

SID: Now I – I know something about uh David; we’ve been friends for many years. And when he ministers, the glory of God shows up; when the glory of God shows up, almost anything he says, happens! As a matter of fact, uh, he – he made another investment. He – uh, wherever I am around the world, he and his wife will show up to – to learn, so they can – uh so he can do the same thing I do, in reference to reaching un – unsaved Jewish people. Uh, but you had a meeting in Philadelphia, and – and I have to tell you, I – you – I want him to do MORE than me; I want him –

DAVID: [CHUCKLES]

SID: to do better. That’s – that’s – that – that’s how the Kingdom operates; that’s how the world operates.

DAVID: Tough act to follow!

SID: But that’s how –

DAVID: [CHUCKLES]

SID: that’s how the King – Kingdom operates! But I don’t know, David; tell me [CHUCKLES] about that Jewish bald man! [LAUGHS]

DAVID: [LAUGHS] Yeah! Yeah!

SID: Uh th-that – that – this is a – we have a – a word for it in Hebrew, “meshuggah!”

DAVID: [LAUGHS]

SID: And uh, David – I call David “meshuggah”; that means “crazy!” And he says, “Well, takes one to know one.” [LAUGHS]

DAVID: [LAUGHS]

SID: So tell me a – this is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard of, David. Tell me about it.

DAVID: Well what’s – what’s even crazier is we did it in the Jewish Culture Center, which I don’t know how we got permission to do that!

SID: Now I tried to do this in Montreal and they kicked me out!

DAVID: Well –

SID: But you got in [CHUCKLES]. Okay. [LAUGHS]

DAVID: Well somehow we had a strategy that [CHUCKLES] worked. I’ll tell you later after the show what we did. But they let us rent it out, right there, and people came in, and it was awesome! And so I’m talking, and I’m like, “Holy Spirit, show up please! I need something here.” And I’m just talking, and they’re listening, and I’m – and I, you know, you need the supernatural to show up be- – besides just show praying for them. And I give some testimonies about bald heads growing hair, cancer being healed – just the things I’ve seen – and I just tell them, “Check your body; if something like that’s happened, let me know during this speech.” As I’m talking, a man starts to scream and holler and make a big commotion, and I thought, “Oh, getting persecution here maybe”.

SID: [CHUCKLES]

DAVID: And I said, “Sir, what’s the problem?”, and he goes, “My hair! I’m growing hair on the top of my head!” And his wife was there, checking it. And he had hair that was not there; he was completely bald. And, you know, Jewish – little short Jewish – round Jewish guy.

SID: But you had said he – see, and this is how I understand the glory operates! When the glory shows up, and combines with the Word of God, everything happens quick!

DAVID: Yeah! It’s really fast! And then another lady, a Jewish lady was with a walker; she couldn’t walk without a walker. She screams, “WHOO!” And all of a sudden –

SID: [LAUGHS]

DAVID: she throws the walker, and she starts walking by herself! And I’m looking, and I – and I’m not – and I p- – I’m on the stage, so I said, “Why don’t you come up!”, so I’m trying to help her up. She goes, “[TSK] Excuse me young man, I can get up by myself!”

SID: [LAUGHS]

DAVID: Very Jewish older lady!

SID: Yeah!

DAVID: So, “Okay!”, so she gets up by herself on the stage, and everyone’s like, “[GASPS]!”, so the whole crowd was just like, “Wow!” And – and there was no wor – praise and worship, there was no NOTHING, because we couldn’t’ do it in there. We just raw, just glory show up, like you do, and God showed up! And then they all got saved! Whoever wasn’t a Believer was a Believer that night.

SID: Uh, just out of curiosity – and maybe you can’t answer this – but I really, I’m – I want to press you on this, David. Uh, I’ve been to your meetings. The glory shows up, –

SID: people lose weight supernaturally. I mean I was at one meeting where each night a guy would come, and he’d say, “See! My belt bu-“, and it’s continuing!

DAVID: [CHUCKLES]

SID: “My belt buckle is on – I’m on another notch!”

SID: [CHUCKLES] I’m on another notch!” And uh, I saw another woman. She had gray hair – because she was seated right in front of me, –

SID: and I was watching her – and I watched the gray hair turn brown!

DAVID: [LAUGHS]

SID: Uh, but it’s got to do with your love for God, which then he shows up big with the glory.

SID: But, tell me how YOU got into this. How did it start with you?

DAVID: The signs and wonders?

SID: The glory!

DAVID: The glory, yeah. Well, after that 6 – so first, Israel, you know.

SID: Um hm.

DAVID: I – I went to Israel; then God touched me; I was crying, and God said, “Now it begins … in 5 year a revival.” And after the 5th year, after the end of the 6-month revival in Paris, I started getting hungry again for something even greater, but I didn’t know what I was LOOKING for, and I started reading Acts chapter 4!

SID: Uh excuse me; he just gave you a clue! And uh don’t miss it! He “got hungry”. Now, hunger – to that degree – was coming from God. But do you know something? You can start it! And in fact, a lot of things start in the natural, and end up in the supernatural. Okay; you were “hungry”, and then what happened?

DAVID: Well, I was hungry in the middle of a 6-monty revival, so you would think that was the climax of my ministry.

SID: Yeah!

DAVID: But towards the middle of it, I start feeling empty inside, like there was something greater than the present revival I was in! And the Lord said, “If you pull out of this revival, and seek My face, I’ll put you into a greater glory”! So I had to sacrifice the present move of God, being known as the guy that brought – and I said, “I don’t care about being known. I want – there’s gotta be more than” – and this is awesome what we saw, but I’m not comparing it to what other ministries are doing. I’m looking at the Bible – Peter’s shadow’s healing the sick, signs and wonders, multitudes getting saved – and I said, “Okay”, so I quit the revival. I pulled out after 6 months, which was the time to leave, I think. And then God said to me, “Seek My face.” I did.

SID: Stop. What – what does that mean? What does “seeking His face” – what did that mean? What did YOU do to seek His face?

DAVID: I did everything I knew to do.

SID: Uh huh.

DAVID: So I – I fasted and prayed for like 21 days; I felt God told me to do it; I didn’t’ want to. I felt – then I was still hungry. I – I would pray, worship, repent of anything I could think of.

SID: Um hm.

DAVID: And then, at the end of that – it was a few months period, I just said, “Lord, if You don’t bring this new glory, I don’t want it; I’m not going to preach anymore.” I was like that desperate. I HAVE to have something, because I’ve tasted so much now.

SID: I’ve heard men of God say, “God, either show up, or kill me! Take me to Heaven!”

DAVID: Well I was almost like that; –

SID: I’ve –

DAVID: “I’m going to go up to Heaven if -“, and

SID: Yeah!

DAVID: or, “or You come down”, but I just uh, –

SID: Or,

DAVID: because I’m not – I’ve heard –

SID: I’ve heard some people say, “I’m going into my bedroom, and I’m going to stay here” –

DAVID: Yeah.

SID: “till God shows up.”

DAVID: Well it’s – basically it was –

SID: That was the desperation of you.

DAVID: Well this is like months like this. It was just like, “God! There’s gotta be more”, because the more you get of God, then the more you realize you DON’T have; it – it’s hard to explain.

SID: Oh.

DAVID: And you go, “Wait! There’s even MORE, but I don’t HAVE IT!” In Acts 4:6 – said, “Oh God! I have to have this!”, Sid. I was just – it’s desperation. And then I caught something from the Lord – supernaturally – in the prayer time. Then I met some other people like Ruth Heflin; she had, carried the glory.

SID: Um hm.

DAVID: And I had received something from her really strongly. And then I went back to ministry, and suddenly signs and WONDERS started manifesting! The bald heads growing hair; the people’s teeth with no – people with no teeth, teeth appearing in their mouth. So it wasn’t just healings; it was creative –

SID: You must have been SO SHOCKED –

DAVID: I was!

SID: when this started. I mean –

DAVID: Gold teeth, and all this crazy stuff!

SID: When that first started, [CHUCKLES] I – and – and you would go back to your hotel room at night –

DAVID: I was shocked!

SID: I – you must have been more amazed than the people that had the gold teeth and –

DAVID: Oh, I was! I’d say, “What is going on here?”

SID: [LAUGH]

DAVID: And it wouldn’t even stop! He would go, “Now call out people that have white hair!” Their hair turned. I said, “Where’s that in the Bible, Lord?”

SID: [LAUGHS]

DAVID: He says, “Well, I’ve renewed the youth like the eagles!” “Okay; not the bald eagles, hopefully!”

SID: [LAUGHS]

DAVID: And then – then he goes, “Now,” after a few months of that that He goes, “Now bring it back to Israel; “first fruits” – bring it to THEM first.” So the – right when I got it, after a few months I went to Israel. Uh, spoke in a few places, and the signs and wonders started hitting Israel, and Israelis start receiving th-the Messiah, Yeshua! Then I come back to France, and God said, “Because you went AGAIN to Israel, now I’m going to enlarge the cords of your ministry.” And we were renting the same buildings that Benny Hinn, Morris Cerullo, Carlos Annacondia were renting. Every 3 months, we were just renting these huge civic centers, and just – and it was – then these guys from uh I think TBN Europe, they had 2 hours on Sunday night, and they gave us their 2 hours, and put the meetings up.

SID: Um hm.

DAVID: So God just kept blessing and favor because we received the glory, were hungry, but then He maximized it when we went to the Jew first.

SID: But – but – but what is “the glory”?

DAVID: The glory – it’s like if you died and went to Heaven, –

SID: It’s the atmosphere of Heaven.

DAVID: the atmosphere of Heaven; how you be – but while you’re on the Earth. It’s – it’s awesome.

SID: Because I’ve been in David’s meetings, and it’s just like uh the glory just invades the meetings. And then he calls words of knowledge, and it’s – huh, I hate to use the term because it’s – it’s God, so uh no matter what happens but – it’s sure faster and easier in the glory!

DAVID: It just [CHUCKLES] seemed that way, yeah! I’m – I’m HOOKED on His glory, because, it’s like someone – I never was a drug addict, but people that are, they say, well they start with marijuana, and then they go to higher drugs. If they’re hooked on a higher drug, they can’t go back to a lower drug. It’s the same with the glory of God. I’ve tasted of the greater glory; I can’t go back to just “normal” Christianity.

SID: Uh okay. Uh huh, look, “normal” is everything the Bible says plus more.

DAVID: Yeah.

SID: Why do I say “more”? Because Jesus said normal is “[Y]ou will do [the same works I have done] and even greater”, so that’s why I say plus more! A-and by the way, uh, another – another thing that’s very important in the gospel of John. It said if all the signs and wonders and miracles that Jesus did were recorded in books, there wouldn’t be enough books to contain them; meaning everything in the Bible is true, but it doesn’t have ALL the miracles that Jesus did! So, tell me about your new book. I’m very excited about it,

SID: “Align[ment] with Heaven”.

DAVID: Yeah, “Aligning With Heaven”. So basically, this book is about how to get that, –

DAVID: that glory I’m talking to you about; how do you align with Heaven, in such a way that’s there’s unobstructed glory coming on your life in God using you. And that’s – what the book’s about, how to align with Heaven.

SID: Well let me – let me read a few uh bullet points you have on the back: “How I can align my life with Heaven’s timeclock and calendar”; and – and that’s very important.

DAVID: Um hm.

SID: Uh, “What are the ancient pathways that opened up the supernatural for Moses, Elijah and Solomon”; “What ancient wisdom allowed Solomon to be a king, inventor, writer, scientist, psalmist, businessman, and see the glory cloud firsthand?”; “Where are the forgotten geographical and seasonal portals?”; “What are the ancient secrets to world harvest?” Uh, I – I would have to believe that uh what you have in this book is what you have learned by operating in the glory all of these years. But I’ll tell you [CHUCKLES] one of the things that excites me the most –

DAVID: Mm.

SID: We’re going to talk about this. This will literally, as you understand it, totally change your life.

ALISS: Now I’ve got some words of knowledge. Is it okay of I share those with you? Is there somebody, now this is a bit random (laughs) is there somebody that has just been watching the musical “Singing in the Rain?” You have? Was that— when was this, recently? A couple of days ago? Yeah. I thought usually it’s within the last couple of days if I get something its usually I don’t often get a random thing like that but it’s because the Lord just wants to point you out because He wants to speak to you and He wants to do something in your life. So do you wanna just stand up where you are? Is that okay? The words, now let me think, the words to that are I’m singin in the rain. I’m singin in the rain. What a glorious feeling, I’m happy again. Yeah. And what I felt like the Lord wants to say to you and what He’s doing is this, it’s like, there’s a dark cloud been tryin to come at you and what God’s sayin is He’s gonna break it off. Just put your hand on your head and I’m gonna break it off. In the name of Jesus. Let’s— shall we all do it together cause we all have the power. We’ll just whack it. So in the name of Jesus, after the count of three we’re gonna whack it. One, two, three, GO! In Jesus name dark clouds you go NOW in the name of Jesus! And you know so you’re gonna be singing no matter what is happening it’s like what a glorious feeling. It’s a time for glory for you. You’re gonna be like radiating the glory of Jesus and that cloud is not gonna come near you because the power and the glory in you through Jesus is comin out. So we just call that out of you and we just say ôarise and shine for your light hath come.ö In the name of Jesus be blessed!

ALISS: Okay. I’ve got a few things so I wanna go through these quite quickly. I just felt. You know sometimes I’ll ask the Holy Spirit can you show me something, if I’m just about to go to work or you know go on a train or a bus I wanna know something about somebody. So I’ll feel something in my body, possibly. And you can do this. Just say Holy Spirit please give me a word of knowledge and you might feel something. I felt something on the left side of my nose, just on, kind of here and I wondered whether it— Are your sinuses there? I don’t know, has somebody got a problem just here? That’s you? Is that sinuses or—? Okay. So you can’t breathe properly. You can’t clear your nose. We’re gonna pray for all of you together in one moment, is that okay? I felt something in the back of my throat and it was like I wondered whether, it I felt like I wanted to cough. I don’t know if somebody’s got like a system cough. Yeah? Okay. You? Okay, a few of you. Sometimes that’s caused by an evil spirit. I don’t know if you know that but sometimes if it’s worse at night I mean it could just be that you’re lying down but often if it’s a thing that just won’t go no matter what it’s just an evil spirit sometimes and you just got to tell it to go. It could be a spirit of fear or something like that but not always. Something to do with the left side of the brain, or pain particularly here on the left. Who’s that? Okay. That’s you and you. Okay, it can be more than one. That’s fine. Even if it’s slightly wrong or you just wanted to get healed anyway you can have it. We’ll pray for everybody, okay. You’re not gonna miss out. My little finger on my left hand I can feel something going on. That’s you? Okay. Somebody, I’ve written down heart stopped and then I’ve put murmur next to it so I don’t know that— if you’re heart stopped or you got murmur in your heart? Okay. I’ve got the words or the phrase “spontaneous combustion.” Has anybody just been studying this or talking about it in the last couple a days? Spontaneous combustion? It’s when something will just— You have? (Aliss listens to woman) So you had just had a vision recently was this? Of something just exploding on fire? Okay, well that’s spontaneous combustion, I guess. Or I don’t know. What— but what the Lord showed me for you is that it’s connected. And what’s interesting is that the vision that you had is what God’s gonna do in your life. That you have all this fire in you and it’s just about to come out and explode. So you know just watch out. You know? Who’s with her? Are you together? Yeah? So you’d better watch out! Can you put— just you put your hand on her belly cause I’m just gonna release it right now. Yeah, we just release that fire in you. In the name of Jesus the fire of the Holy Spirit it’s time for it to come out and hit all those around in the name of Jesus. Because that’s what you can do is everywhere you go you just let the fire out whether  you’re on an aeroplane, in a supermarket you let just it out and people will just get touched just without you even hardly doing anything. Okay, should we pray? In fact shall we pray for anybody that needs healing at all? Should we do that? Or else should we do it all in one go? So do you wanna— what should we do? Do you wanna stand if you would like healing, physical healing, do you wanna just stand up? If you wanna put your hand on the part of your body that needs healing you can do that. If you’ve got like lots of parts your body that needs healing just put your hand on your head. Or if it’s in an embarrassing place put your hand on your head if you want to. Okay. So we’re gonna pray. Now first of all we’re just gonna say:

Thank you Jesus; that You died on the cross for me; and that when You died on the cross; You took all my sin; You took all my diseases; and my pain; and Father please will you forgive me; for allowing this thing to have a place in my life; and I renounce every evil spirit; that is causing pain; or infirmity; or affliction; in the name of Jesus; and I command every symptom to go now; I command every evil spirit to leave me now; every pain go; every disease go.

 

ALISS: Now if you wanna name what you’ve got just speak it out and just say you’ve gotta go now in Jesus’ name. Speak to it, name it and shame it! So it’s gonna leave now and I just— Okay. Now just breathe in the Holy Spirit. Breathe in the Holy Spirit and on the count of three every evil spirit’s gonna leave. Just breathe it out now. One, two, three out! Every evil spirit you leave, all those symptoms go. Keep breathing in the Holy Spirit. Keep breathing out.    If you need to cough sometimes they get a bit stuck in the throat just cough it out. That’s fine. In the name of Jesus we command every evil spirit that’s lurking around go to Jesus now. Don’t touch anybody else. Go to Jesus. And I release the healing power of Jesus in this place. Complete healing now just receive it into your body. Oh, oh can you feel that? We just thank You, Father, for Your angels, for Your  healing angels that You’ve released today in this place.  And we just say Father, let Your angels just wander around and touch those, touch those who need healing. Thank You for Your healing anointing, Father. Thank You that it’s Your will for all to be saved and for all to be healed in the name of Jesus. Thank you, Father. Just receive your healing now in Jesus’ name. Okay. Would anybody like some impartation from the Holy Spirit for doing—?

 

AUDIENCE:     Yes!

 

ALISS: Yeah. Okay? There’s no point in getting it if you’re not gonna use it. All right? So if you’re gonna use it you’re gonna step out in faith. You gotta pray for people and do some miracles. That’s the deal. That okay? If you want impartation just raise your hands. Just close your eyes. Look to Jesus cause He’s the one that’s gonna give it to you. Say thank you Father, we just release that impartation now. Just receive. You don’t have to speak just, you just say thank you if you want but I release that impartation from the Holy Spirit for doing signs and wonders and miracles— whoaaa, I’m feeling that— and healing. I release it in the name of Jesus! I also release boldness! Supernatural faith! O Lord God, I ask that You would just spirit of revelation come, let them know that how much You love them, what You’ve done for them, and what You accomplished, Jesus, on the cross. Just what authority we have through You, Jesus. Through Your name, in the mighty name of Jesus! Amen!

SID:  Hello, Sid Roth here with Something More, and my guest, Dr. Randy Clark.  And uh Randy, in your brand-new book, “Power to Heal”, uh, y-you –

 

SID:  talk about a 5-step prayer model, uh, a-and you make it very clear uh that God isn’t limited.

 

SID:  You can’t put God in a box.  Not formulas, but what results are people having that follow your 5-step prayer model?

 

RANDY:  I’ve had people from all over the world, and in many language groups; they’ve said it’s just a simple way to give them an understanding of how they could start learning how to see what the Father’s doing, how to – how to hear, how to – how to know how to pray, give them language, give them – and it’s been very successful.  We even take kids as young as 13-years old to Brazil every year – uh 13 to 29 – and they’ll have usually uh somewhere between 5- and 8,000 healings happen that 2-weeks that they’re down there.  And so these are kids; –

 

SID:  Hm.

 

RANDY:  our – are young people; uh we’ve had 80-year olds learning.  And uh, it just helps them feel like, “Oh, I know how to start!”  As a matter of fact, I can’t say who – he probably wouldn’t appreciate it if I did – but a – a key educator at – at an American seminary was recently in a country, and they asked him to pray for the sick, which is something that he told me.  He said if I hadn’t – “If you hadn’t have -“, “If I hadn’t have met you, and you hadn’t told me some of – about the 5-step prayer model, I wouldn’t know where to begin!  But because you had, I was comfortable, I was able to do it, and uh, we saw people get healed.”  So whether –

 

SID:  Alright, l-let’s whet – let’s whet our appetite –

 

SID:  a little bit.  You cover, from A to Z, everything they need to be able to function in the healing ministry, –

 

SID:  and that is normal!  Everything you read in the Bible about Jesus, it’s available to you, according to the Bible.  And [CHUCKLES] if Jesus paid the price for every sickness, uh every disease, and every sin; uh read about it in the 103rd Psalm.  Uh, and so we want to make this entire curriculum available to you, –

 

SID:  uh plus a special uh CD with a prayer of impartation for an investment of $69.  Uh – uh something that intrigues me to no end:

 

SID:  Why do you have such a gift, Randy, for impartation?  That is, praying the same things that are going on with you will go on with other people.  Uh I – I mean i-is there – why you?

 

RANDY:  I don’t know.  I –

 

SID:  [CHUCKLES]

 

RANDY:  all I know, Sid, is that I don’t deserve it; there’s a lot more people that’s more holy than me, more faith than me.  All I know is when I was a pastor of a small little church – a Baptist church – met John Wimber.  He heard the audible voice of God tell him, the first two times we – he met me, that God was going to send me one day around the world to lay hands on pastors, and leaders, and people, to be stirred up and activated in the gifts of the Spirit, or be filled with the Spirit.  And so 10 years later, when Toronto happened, John Wimber called me and said, “This is what God showed me about you 10 years ago; it starts now.”  So in one sense, I’ve just – you know, God chose me.  A-and sometimes “[He chooses] the foolish … and … weak things” to “confound the wise; and … the strong.”  [CHUCKLES]  Uh, so I really don’t know.  I’m just glad uh that He did; I’m glad it happens.  Uh, and –

 

SID: I – I-I’ve got a list of a half-a-dozen people that have worldwide ministries, uh, that you have prayed prayers of impartation over; even some you prophesied over.  But the truth of the matter is, when I have you pray in a moment, if the people are receptive, it’d be the same as you laying hands on them, and you’ve had that happen to people.  Uh, w-would you teach for about 2-minutes on impartation and then pray?

 

RANDY:  Yes uh, I will.  But let me just say one other thing before I do that uh Sid.  You mentioned your curriculum stuff that you’re – you’re selling.

 

SID:  Yes.

 

RANDY:  One of them has a – the same book also has “word of knowledge”.  Let me say this:  Every time I’ve taught on word of knowledge – every time without fail since 1984 when uh the – the one week after I learned about it – people were activated in the gift of word of knowledge.  I know, without a shadow of a doubt, people who read that part, that chapter about word of knowledge; they will start having words of knowledge.  Now, about impartation:  Uh, it’s in the Bible; and Paul says in Romans, “[I wanted to come to] you, that I may [lay my hands upon you to] impart some spiritual gift to you ….”  Uh, he talks to Timothy, “[S]tir up the gift [you see with] the laying on of My hands.”  Uh in – in 2 Timothy 1:6.  In 1 Timothy 4:14, he says, “Do not neglect the … gift within you, … through prophetic [message] … of … the presbytery.” Uh, when they lay their hands upon you.  Uh, so Paul himself received uh the filling of the spirit, through the laying on of hands of Ananias.  The Samaritans received it; the Believers in Samaria, at Philip’s revival, they received the Holy Spirit when Peter and John laid their hands upon him.  Uh, what’s really interesting about Paul is Ananias was not an apostle; he was just a – a – a regular guy, a Christian, that was used to – to impart to the great man who would become the Apostle Paul.  So through the New Testament – and in the Old Testament – Moses said that for the – your uh Jewish listeners, Moses said uh, God said to Moses in 11 – Numbers 11:17, “… ‘Gather … the elders [together at the tent] of meeting, … [And] I will come down and … I will take of the Spirit that is []on you and [I] will put [it ]on them; and they [will help you carry] the burden of the people ….'”  Then, in Deuteronomy 34:9 it says um uh, “… Joshua the son of Nun [received] the spirit of wisdom [because] Moses … laid his hands on him.”  So, you can have impartation with laying on of hands, or you can have it without the laying on of hands; but it’s very, very biblical.  And uh, in the history of the church, at different times, in the earliest days of the liturgy, after you were baptized, you came out of the baptismal water; they prayed a prayer of deliverance, and then they laid hands on you, and prayed that you would be baptized, or filled with the Holy Spirit, and gifts activated.  And 400 years later, in the time of Augustine, he even writes about how that’s still happening in his day!  So there’s a little bit from just a little bit of the Bible, and a little bit of uh church history.  Uh, you can – you can track, in church history, famous people who prayed for others, and they got an impartation.  Well one more.  Elijah prayed for Elisha, and Elisha got a double portion like he asked for – uh, the – the mantle – or the power that was on Elijah, and did twice as many miracles!  So in the Law and the Prophets, uh in the Gospel, and in the Book of Acts, and in the Epistles, it’s there!

 

SID:  Uh I-I’m telling you, the presence of GOD is currently flowing like a river for impartation!  And if you will believe, you are going to receive some of that Spirit that is on Dr. Randy Clark.

 

RANDY:  [PHONE STATIC]  Yeah, if they will just close their eyes, and hold their hands out, in front of them.  Father, in Jesus’ name, I bless all those who are listening.  Lord, those who had faith to just position themselves before You, uh, will close their eyes and just g-give this time to You.  Oh Lord, I pray for Your gifts to be activated in them.  Lord, I pray that they –

 

RANDY:  would feel Your Presence, Your power, Your anointing; God, that You would begin to activate words of knowledge; and Lord, uh, even if You activate them, I pray that they’d –

 

RANDY:  they’d learn how to recognize them, because if You activate them and they don’t know what they are, they won’t – [CHUCKLES] they won’t – they won’t – they’ll be moving in them, but not know how to recognize them; so I pray, God, that You just orchestrate things so they can get the teaching as well.  I pray Father, in Jesus’ name, that there would be gifts of healing come.  God, that some peoples’ hands would just uh get hot!  Uh i-if you’re listening and your hands get really hot, or if there’s a – you don’t have a – a condition which causes your hand to sweat, in the natural; you know if you have that, that doesn’t count.  But if your hands don’t do that – and all of a sudden, during this prayer, your hands begin to get moist, and you begin to see uh oil like coming on them, that’s a sign of a very strong anointing.  And Father, I thank You that I saw that of a little girl I met in Vermont; I saw it recently a couple of weeks ago in Montana; a couple of years ago this guy – this Baptist pastor, in – in uh Brazil.  And we prophesied to him; and Lord, You fulfilled that prophecy.  He said in one – you’re going to go to all the nations in Latin America; he’d never been out of the country.  And Lord, within one year you’d taken him to every country in Latin America, and he’s seeing great miracles!  God, I thank You that I pray for people, and they get more than I have.  I thank You God, and prayed for a woman pastor that saw a hundred deaf ears open in one year; and I hadn’t seen near that.  God, this man I’m talking about, this Ba- – charismatic Baptist guy that got this fresh anointing; Lord, he’s seen a -over a hundred deaf ears open; over a hundred blind eyes; over 60 people get out of wheelchairs.  Uh, Lord, he lost track over – after 100 cancer patients were healed.  Lord, that’s MUCH more than I’ve had!  And I pray, God, that there would be somebody listening that would receive an impartation, and step out in faith; and Lord, they too, would become one of the new persons that’s going to be used all over the world, or just even – [CHUCKLES] even all – all over the block; but they would see people start getting – getting healed.  I pray for the gift of prophecy to be released.  I pray for words of knowledge to be released, and gifts of healing; gifts of faith – YOUR faith – the faith of God, in Jesus’ name.  Those gifts of faith create miracles, in the name of Jesus.  Thank You God, amen!

 

SID:  Randy, I want – [SIGHS] I’ve just been thinking about this, and I want you to tell me about it.  Uh, you received a – a great impartation from many people, but one in particular –  Rodney Howard-Browne – the summer of ’93.  And then literally 4-months later you go to Toronto, –

 

SID:  that first meeting.

 

VIDEO:  RANDY:  Ooooh!

 

SID:  Uh tell me what you remember at that first meeting in Toronto.

 

VIDEO:  RANDY:  I’m praying for the HEAT to come upon the leaders –

 

RANDY:  Well there wasn’t very many people there; between 120 and 160.

 

VIDEO:  RANDY:  evangelists, and the missionaries, as a sign of the healing anointing.  Lord, the electricity, as Paul, the Apostle Paul said,

 

SID:  It was a storefront, as I understand, which then became the – the Air- – Toronto Airport Church.

 

VIDEO:  RANDY:  “[When we] labor [with all of] His [energy], -”

 

RANDY:  Yes.

 

VIDEO:  RANDY:  “which [works so] mightily … within [us].”

 

RANDY:  Uh when I first went there, the sanctuary – it seats 400 – 300 in the overflow.

 

VIDEO:  RANDY:  And so God, I’m asking, arms up toward Heaven; let the Holy Spirit fall on them.

 

RANDY:  Uh, a few months later they built a – bought a place that seats 5,000.

 

VIDEO:  RANDY:  Release the angels of God.

 

RANDY:  They had explosive growth.  Uh, –

 

VIDEO:  RANDY:  Release the anointing for the gifts of the Holy Spirit.  Release them with rivers that flow!

 

RANDY:  but I remember one woman in p- –

 

VIDEO:  RANDY:  Let the power upon these pastors, I pray God, for FIRE, and POWER, –

 

RANDY:  uh the first guy, the very first man that go so touched – he’s shaking all over –

 

VIDEO:  RANDY:  and ANOINTING to come upon us.

 

RANDY:  He became a missionary in Russia.

 

SID:  Hm.

 

RANDY:  Uh, o-one of the first women that was uh, laughing, and on the floor; and I – I walked away from; the Lord said, “Go back and tell her she’s been sad too long.”  Well I found out later that she well – well had a terminal illness, and had been fighting a terminal illness for years.  And that moment, the joy of the Lord came on her, and she laughed for hours!  She got totally healed of her terminal condition, and now she has a ministry uh going particularly into Scandinavia.  And it was actually – she actually laid hands on – I didn’t know it, but the – a 9-month w- – m- – a woman, 9-month pregnant, had just been told her baby had died in the womb, and was going to have to have a stillbirth.  She doesn’t know that; walked up to the woman in the meeting, lays her hands on her abdomen; prays, just blessing this baby, not knowing it’s dead.  Two years later when she went back to that church in that city, the little miracle boy came and jumped in her arms, that came to life while dead in the womb.  And it’s – that’s the second uh person in Toronto that – that uh was – was powerfully touched!

 

SID:  Well I – I have to believe the most AMAZED person, n-now you had had several meetings before that where the same things were going on; but you had no guarantee that it would continue going on.  Did you think it would just stop after a few meetings?

 

RANDY:  Well I actually did.  When I – I mean, I had a prophetic word that gave me courage it was going to be very powerful, but I had no idea how powerful.  I mean, just – I just thought of, while you were asking questions –

 

SID:  I mean MILLIONS of people went to that little storefront church, except it wasn’t storefront anymore; they expanded.  I think –

 

RANDY:  Yeah.

 

SID:  the world is STARVING for the real thing, Randy.  They’re STARVING –

 

RANDY:  Yes.

 

SID:  for what we read in the Bible.  They’re STARVING for what was normal at the first church.  And if it was normal at the first church, how much more do we need it at the return of the Messiah?!

 

RANDY:  He said, “‘If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink! … [and] Out of his belly will flow rivers of living water.'”  He talked about – and John said, “([T]his He [spoke of] the Spirit, [which has not] yet … been given, because Jesus [had] not yet [been] glorified.)”  A term in John’s gospel that means he hadn’t been glorified by being lifted up on the cross, lifted up in the resurrection, and lifted up in the ascension, so that the Father, then, would pour out the Spirit, and we’d receive the Father’s Promise, or the Promise of the Father.  So John was saying for us to be baptized in the Holy Spirit, for these gifts to become active in our life, that couldn’t happen until after – not – after the cross, and the resurrection and ascension.  So the cross is not just about forgiveness; it IS about forgiveness, but it’s more!  And it’s not just a – about uh healing; it is about healing, but it’s more!  It’s about the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, the New Covenant that Jeremiah and Ezekiel had spoken of.  It was contingent upon the cross, the resurrection, and the ascension; and then the Father’s Promise is poured out; the New Covenant that the Jewish prophets had spoken of.

 

SID:  Uh you know what?  If uh you have been listening, and you don’t KNOW that you KNOW the Messiah, you do not KNOW that you’ll go to Heaven when you die.  [CHUCKLES] This is your moment; this is the time.  It says uh the Wuest translation, “This is eternal life, that [you might] know [Him]”, like Adam knew Eve; had intimacy with Eve.  “This is eternal life, that [you might know the Messiah]”, that you might know God the Father.  If you’ll say this prayer, and believe it to the best of your ability, God will meet you right where you are!  Repeat out-loud, with me:  “Dear God”, out loud, “Dear God, I’m a sinner.  ‘Against You, and You alone have I sinned’, and I’m so sorry.  I believe the blood of Messiah Jesus washes away my sins, and I am clean.  And now that I am clean, I ask my Messiah and Lord Jesus to come and live inside of me.  Take over my life.  I make You Lord of my life, in Jesus’ name, amen!”  I tell you this:  If you said the prayer, and you meant it, “God is not a man, that He should lie”, and the Creator of the universe is living inside of you.  Well that was “Something More”!  [CHUCKLES]

MICHAEL BROWN: Welcome back, friends. I am here with my guest Jonathan Cahn. All right, this is kind of mind blowing stuff, and obviously you’re reading the Word and it started to jump off the pages. Wow, we’ve seen this before. Could it be happening again? So let’s keep going. Where are things after Bill Clinton?

 

JONATHAN CAHN: Well a few things. First of all, in the book, in “The Paradigm” there’s something called the nemesis. Now here’s something that happens in “The Paradigm,” in the ancient one and what’s happening now. In the time of that king, Ahab, comes a nemesis, an arch enemy of Israel. He rises up and he threatens Israel. He threatens to invade it. He actually will invade it. He becomes, and so he, in the time of Ahab, Ahab actually has a chance to eliminate this man and he doesn’t do it, and God actually judges him. What happens, and this man, this enemy is going to bring destruction to the land. Okay. Could this happen actually now? Well here’s the paradigm. In the days of that king, that’s Clinton, will rise a nemesis, an enemy of the nation. Well he rises from the Middle East and according to the paradigm, and his name is Osama Bin Laden. He rises in this time. He threatens America. Clinton actually has a chance to take him out, I’m not judging him, just like Ahab did, but he passes on it. It will end up bringing destruction to America. That happens there. In the paradigm, the man’s name, his name is kind of a hyphenated name, it’s Ben-Hadad. Well that first name in Arabic, B-N, in Hebrew it’s just B-N, Ben or Bin. It even gives the parameter of his name, Bin Laden has the same first part. The thing is calamity comes on the land, but then remember how long it took to get Bin Laden? It took many years. They thought they would get him. You know, but what happened, according to the paradigm, here’s what happens. It actually says he will be assassinated, according to the paradigm. It says, according to the paradigm, he will be assassinated in his bedroom. While he’s sleeping they will come in and he will be assassinated in his bedroom. So Bin Laden was, so this ancient nemesis was. And actually, according to the paradigm, it says he will be assassinated ten years after the calamity. Go ten years, it brings you to 2011, the assassination of Bin Laden.

 

MICHAEL BROWN: The life of Ahab.

 

JONATHAN CAHN: Yes.

 

MICHAEL BROWN: The scandal with a man named Naboth, in Hebrew, Nabot, what happened?

 

JONATHAN CAHN: Yes. Well just to give a brief thing, you know, it involves Ahab and Jezebel. They take the vineyard of this man. They kill him. They have a false witness. He breaks about like maybe half of the Ten Commandments almost to do this, coveting and false witness. Well it’s a scandal. So it’s not just that there’s apostasy, there’s scandal. Well the Clinton years were also known, obviously, for scandal and there was a major, the major scandal happened, involved also coveting, also false witness and many things. And so when did it happen? According to the paradigm, in happens in the 19th year of Ahab. Okay, that’s when it happens. So let’s take what we had before. Clinton comes on the stage in 1979, add 19 years, it brings you to the year 1998. That is the year of the Lewinsky scandal, the great scandal of his presidency. In fact, he came on the stage January of 1998. Add the 19 years, it comes to January. January 1998 pinpoints the month that the scandal breaks.

 

MICHAEL BROWN: What is the Mystery of Days?

 

JONATHAN CAHN: Okay. All right. Here is the thing. There’s a lot of things that we only, of course, we won’t have chance to touch on things.

 

MICHAEL BROWN: Just touch on it.

 

JONATHAN CAHN: But just to give you an example here. When then scandal is uncovered of Ahab, and he’s rebuked by Elijah, okay, he actually repents. The Bible says he repented and so God says, okay, I’m not going to bring judgment right now. I’m going to give a certain space of time. How long was that time? It was three years. Okay, so first thing, could an American president actually repent publicly? Well it’s only happened really once where someone told him, it was actually Bill Clinton and finally he repented of that affair. Now he did, when did that happen? It happened in the White House. It happened at the White House Prayer Breakfast where he finally says, “Listen, I didn’t repent before, this is my repentance. I have sinned.” It happens in there. So let’s take the paradigm. The paradigm, three, if you go to the Bible, three years after the king’s repentance there will be a calamity that comes on the land. Okay. You can see it in the Bible. So three years after. So if you take the moment of his repentance, add three years to it, it brings you to an exact date, it brings you to September 11, 2001, the exact day of the calamity. In fact, he repented in the morning. You take three years to the day in the morning, it happens in the morning. That event started at 8:30. That pinpoints the hour of 9/11. It happened at 8:46. The repentance of the king happens between 9 and 10. That’s the peak of 9/11. The event ended at 10:30. 9/11 ended when the last tower came down at 10:29, within one minute of three years. That’s how exact this is, Mike. This is the master blueprint.

MICHAEL BROWN: All right, what happens to the queen? We know Jezebel has an heir.

 

JONATHAN CAHN: Yes.

 

MICHAEL BROWN: The parallel here, the queen and the heir.

 

JONATHAN CAHN: Yes. People think that Ahab got killed, then Jezebel gets judged. No. Jezebel, this is what happens. The king’s reign ends, but Jezebel goes on in the halls of power. She remains in the halls of power, she dwells in the capitol city, she keeps going for some, for a good period of time, even that time period is going to be exact, too. So she goes on and then, and at one point we know Hillary Clinton, what happens with her, she goes on, she stays in power, she stays in the halls of power, and then she attempts to be president. Well according to the paradigm, at least during this time she doesn’t become president. What happens is this, another, someone else becomes, a man who is a lot younger than her, in the paradigm, becomes president, Joram. Joram opens up the next template and that is Obama.

 

MICHAEL BROWN: So he’s the heir.

 

JONATHAN CAHN: He’s the heir because, he’s not related by flesh and blood, but he follows in the footsteps, he takes the agenda of Bill Clinton and he continues it into this, he’s the political heir of that. Now Joram dwells in the palace with the former queen. So exactly, even that, he invites Hillary Clinton, they dwell together in that time. What you see, he’s a cooler personality. He’s all over the place, but what you see is a hostility to God, a continuous hostility to God in that and that’s what you see as well in the Obama years. But also, interesting, when I mention that the nemesis is killed later on. Well he’s killed in the reign of Joram. It means during Obama, the paradigm is saying during Obama, during that time, Osama Bin Laden will be killed. And actually Jezebel and Joram are in the White House. So Obama and Hillary Clinton are in the White House when he’s killed.

 

MICHAEL BROWN: All right. Could it be that this paradigm actually predicts President Trump and what’s happening?

 

JONATHAN CAHN: Yes.

 

MICHAEL BROWN: That’s where we’re going next.

SID: Hello. Sid Roth here. Welcome to my world where it’s naturally supernatural. My guest is in the middle of such a move of God’s spirit. He’s seeing signs, wonders, miracles, the dead being raised, everything you’ve always wanted, and he said anything he does you can do better. Furthermore, he says he has the written Word of God that this Glory of God is available to everyone. Jeff Jansen, you’ve seemed the most dogmatic that this year there will be an outpouring of God’s Spirit and no one is going to be left out. How can you be so sure?

 

JEFF: The Lord said, “Jeff, starting in 2017, ’18, ’19, ’20 and ’21, it’s Acts 2:17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, the Book of Acts 2:17 is where Peter said—

 

SID: That’s kind of neat, 2000, did you get 2000, between 2017 to 2021, and it’s Acts 2, Chapter 17 to 21. That’s pretty cool.

 

JEFF: That’s exactly what it is. The Lord said, this is what it is, it’s Peter basically saying, “In the latter days I will pour out my spirit upon your sons and your daughters and they shall prophesy. And again, I will pour out my spirit,” Verse 18, “upon your manservants and your maidservants and they shall prophesy. And I will signs in the heavens and on the earth.” It’s the Holy Spirit being poured out upon a people that move in signs, wonders and miracles. And it’s not just for the generals, it’s not just for the elites, it’s not just for those that have doctorates, it’s not just for those that have received impartation from spiritual fathers or had some kind of an angelic encounter. It’s for everybody. God is going to use a Glory generation that moves in signs and wonders, and miracles to bring in a billion souls to himself.

 

SID: Although it’s for everybody, as you point out, it’s available to everyone, everyone won’t participate. It takes hunger for God, hunger for the things of God, hunger to be with God. And I’m going to tell you something, Jeff, just hanging around you, you just radiate that hunger. When you, but you weren’t always that way. At age 19, you had a major encounter with God. What happened?

 

JEFF: When I was 19 years old, I was in the season of just praying. I was hungry for God, Sid, and hunger is key. I was hungering for God. I just wanted him more than anything. I’d spend hours in prayer, hours in worship, hours with the Holy Spirit. That was before there were schools of the supernatural or secret place schools. I didn’t know any of that stuff. I was just hungry for God. And I went to bed one night in February in Wisconsin. It was cold outside. I was praying inside. I went to bed and Jesus appeared in my room at 3:00 in the morning. He woke me up with waves of love and power. And as I was coming to, Sid, there was a light on the back of the wall in my bedroom. I thought I had left the light on. I thought the light, or the light was shining in from the window behind my bed, but there was no window there. It was the Lord. It was the Glory. It was a radiating Glory. And as I was looking at it feeling the love of God, it turned into a rainbow and the Lord wrote my name in the rainbow and he said, “I love you, Jeff.” And then he continued to show me.

SID: Did that mean a lot to you, I love you, Jeff?

 

JEFF: It means everything to me, Sid. It means everything to me. And the Lord loves everybody. He loves you. Some of you are even listening right now and you’re, you know, and you’re just feeling the power of the Holy Spirit.

 

SID: I feel it.

 

JEFF: I can feel it right now. He loves us and loved me, and he was telling me in the promise, the rainbow on my back wall, “I love you, Jeff.” And then he continued to show me what my ministry would be. He showed me stadiums and he showed me revival, and he showed me I saw a picture of me in that television as the Lord was telling me a vision about what my life would be like. I saw myself standing in a field in Africa and many people coming to Jesus Christ. I even watched myself raise a man from the dead in that vision. It was amazing.

 

SID: Has this all come to pass?

 

JEFF: It’s all come to pass now. I’m in it now. We’re doing it now.

 

SID: You know, when we come back I’m going to ask Jeff, now there’s many keys for operating God because God is so vast. But there is one key that, in my opinion, most believers miss big time. It’s the most important key, Jeff says. Be right back.

LARRY: (claps) Welcome back to Something More. I’ve Judy Franklin here. We’re talking about experiences in the Heavenly realm, deeper dimensions of encounter with the Presence of God. These things sound wonderful, but the reality is, people experience hindrances to experiencing God, in new and deeper ways. God is willing; let me just let you know right now, God is willing. God wants to encounter you; He wants to draw nearer to you, He wants to touch you; He wants to embrace you, more than you actually want to embrace Him. And you might think, “Oh, I really want to experience more of God”; God’s level of desire for you will always exceed your desire for Him. But the reality is, there are very simple things that can be extremely dangerous in our lives – if we hold on to them – and they’re lies; they’re lies that we believe from the enemy. And Judy, I mean, I – I – I want you to just give some teaching right now, about the lies that the enemy tries to use – he’s tried to use on you —

 

JUDY: Yes.

 

LARRY: to keep you out of the presence of God; to keep people out of this place of encounter with Him. So —

 

JUDY: Yes. Will I first picked up on it I think when I was at a conference at a retreat. And one lady came up to me after the teaching and said, “I can’t get up to Jesus”. And she says, “I can see Him far off, but I can’t get close to Him”.

 

LARRY: Mm.

 

JUDY: And I thought, “Well that’s strange”, so I started talking to her. And I said, “Do you feel like you’re worthy?”,  —

 

LARRY: Mm!

 

JUDY: and she just started crying and saying, “No, I’m not worthy to be.” And then it started me thinking that people are believing lies.

Of course Bill Johnson’s teaching on renewing your mind – I went through that; so I learned alot there. And it says in Romans

about “renewing … your mind….” Your spirit knows the truth, but your mind is really corrupt by the fall.

 

LARRY: Yeah.

 

JUDY: So what we have to do is tell our minds what to believe.

 

LARRY: Mm.

 

JUDY: So you’re going along, and you commit a sin; and you’re always remembering this. And yes, you ask for forgiveness, but “How stupid it was to do that; that’s probably the fifth time you’ve done it.” Well what I have people do at the beginning is forgive themselves!

 

LARRY: Yeah.

 

JUDY: Because they’re believing a lie, that that sin is there; —

 

LARRY: Mm.

 

JUDY: that they were stupid to do it. Well Jesus came to forgive us of all sins. He doesn’t just, “Oh, I forgive you”; He takes it away.

 

LARRY: Yeah.

 

JUDY: It’s “As far as the east is from the west….” It is no more; why are you thinking on that?

 

LARRY: Hm.

 

JUDY: You need to renew your mind. You need to stop believing lies. I thought I was stupid; I thought all sort of lies about myself; “God wouldn’t want me. I have no talents; I have no gifts”; well that’s a lie, too!

 

LARRY: Hm.

 

JUDY: I do have talents and gifts! He gave them to me! To say that we don’t belong with Him is a lie that we’re believing. I belong to Him – lock, stock and barrel – because of what Jesus did —

 

LARRY: Yeah.

 

JUDY: in my life. He forgave me —

 

LARRY: Um hm.

 

JUDY: of everything. I can boldly come before the throne, because I have no sin on me, —

 

LARRY: Yeah.

 

JUDY: because Jesus paid for that!

 

LARRY: Yep; yeah.

 

JUDY: Now do I do things wrong? Oh yes; I do.

 

LARRY: Yeah.

 

JUDY: But you wee, with forgiveness it’s gone.

 

LARRY: Yeah.

 

JUDY: So I think that’s very important, that people stop believing lies about themselves. I know that Bill Johnson

says that, “The only power that Satan has if we believe his lie”; otherwise, he doesn’t have the power. I’m sitting here

, and I’m in this studio, and I’m going to be on television, so you know I’m thinking about, —

 

LARRY: (chuckling) Yeah.

 

JUDY: “What do I look like?”

 

LARRY: (chuckling) Yeah!

 

JUDY: “What am I going to say?”, and “What if I say something bad?”, and “Hey, can I stop?”, and “Can I, you know, are you going to edit it and everything?”, —

 

LARRY: Sure.

 

JUDY: and I had to stop myself and go, “Wait a minute. God, You brought me here.”

 

LARRY: Yeah.

 

JUDY: “I know you give me things to say. And who cares what I look like; I don’t.” If – if you do, I’m sorry, —

 

LARRY: And it’s – it’s alright.

 

JUDY: but I’m not going to change.

 

LARRY: You look good now.

 

JUDY: (laughs)

 

LARRY: (laughs) Yeah; yeah.

 

JUDY: So I had refused to believe the lie!

 

LARRY: Yeah.

 

JUDY: If the Lord says, “Go up and pray for that person”, I go, “Oh; I don’t pray good; I don’t pray good, flowy prayers, and mine are just to-the-point, and -“, and I think, “No; that’s a lie —”

 

LARRY: Yes.

 

JUDY: “from the enemy!” He is “the father of lies”.

 

LARRY: Yes; yeah; yeah.

 

JUDY: That’s all he can do to us is tell us lies!

 

LARRY: Well that’s funny; I heard a friend of mine once say, “How do you know that the devil is lying?”, and then the question is, “Well how do you know?”; “If his lips are moving.”

 

JUDY: (laughs) There you go!

 

LARRY: Because – because isn’t that true? That’s all he does, and that’s how you recognize —

 

JUDY: Yeah!

 

LARRY: whether it’s God, or the devil; if you’re being lied to; yeah.

 

JUDY: And, you know, when I used – when my dad told me that I was too stupid to love, —

 

LARRY: Mm.

 

JUDY: I took on that “Stupid; I’m stupid”.

 

LARRY: Yeah.

 

JUDY: Well then I go to school, and I have learning disabilities; “Oh; it’s because I’m stupid”. And all these patterns in my life came up whenever I did anything wrong, “It’s because I’m stupid; because I’m stupid”, so I lived my en- – my life believing I was “stupid”. It stopped me from doing things, because people might find out I’m “stupid”; so I didn’t talk to people, I didn’t – wasn’t around people alot, because I didn’t want them to find out I was “stupid”.

 

LARRY: Mm.

 

JUDY: So that’s a lie I believed, all my life just about, —

 

LARRY: Yeah.

 

JUDY: until I had my encounter with God, —

 

LARRY: Yeah.

 

JUDY: and He exposed that lie. So what lies do people believe?

 

LARRY: Yeah.

 

JUDY: That they “Can’t be forgiven”; or they’re “Forgiven, or God is mad at ’em”; that’s – that’s one of the worst things that – to think, that God gets mad at us.

 

LARRY: Mm.

 

JUDY: It’s impossible for Him to be mad at us; and people go, “Well that’s not true; He got mad at me”; I said, “No. If you’re saying God gets mad at you, what you are saying is: Jesus’ sacrifice for your life wasn’t enough”; —

 

LARRY: Mm!

 

JUDY: “because it paid for everything!”

 

LARRY: Yeah

 

JUDY: Everything!

 

LARRY: Yeah; yeah.

 

JUDY: Well even now Judy, I – I just want us to kind of do some tag-team ministry. I’m going to – I’m going to speak to the folks out there, and then I’m going to have – I’ll just switch it over to you. But I feel like the Lord wants to just really help dismantle some of these lies right now.

 

LARRY: Yes.

 

JUDY: And I’m going to – I’m going to just pray a few things, and then I’m going to have you pray. But right now, Father, in Jesus’ name, for those who are listening, I just sense that there are some of you who, like what Judy was talking about, you feel unworthy to enter the presence of God. You’re believing this lie, uh, “I’m a Christian,” [music] “but I’ve messed up. I’ve – I’ve sinned, I’ve made mistakes, a-and for whatever reason, I have to clean-up before I get into the Presence of God”; Jesus’ blood cleaned you up. In the presence of God is the grace and mercy you actually need to have victory over whatever you’re struggling with. God wants to help you, but it’s in His Presence; don’t let the enemy keep you out of His Presence. So I just declare that over you right now. Receive that, in Jesus’ name. You’re “[T]he righteousness of God in [Christ Jesus]”.

 

JUDY: That’s good. You know, I want to tell you that I know there’s somebody out there – more than one person out there – that as soon as we say, “You can go to Heaven”, your thoughts are you’re “Not good enough”, you’re “not special”, you know, that’s – “That’s for them; not for me”. And that’s a lie in your life that you have to stop, because He does love you that much, and He does want you to – want to take you into His arms, and love on you! It isn’t just, “Go do my stuff and I’ll love you”; it’s “I love you!”; and out of that love, we will go do his stuff. We want to love him; that’s the first commandment. “[L]ove the Lord your God with [everything]”. That’s what we want to do; that’s what I strive for; everything else comes along and comes together. But I want to love God. And I love when Bob Jones said um, when he died – when he got hit by lightning and he died, —

 

LARRY: Yeah; yeah.

 

JUDY: and he went to Heaven. And there was the Lord, and He was saying, “Did you learn to love?”

 

LARRY: Mm.

 

JUDY: He didn’t say, “How many sins do you have?”; all those are gone! He said, “Did you learn to love?”; and when they’d say, “Yes”, He’d say, “Enter in.”

 

LARRY: Yeah.

 

JUDY: Well I want to learn to love.

 

LARRY: Yeah.

 

JUDY: It’s not just a feeling; it’s learning —

 

LARRY: Yeah.

 

JUDY: to be patient, and kind, and not taking into account a wrong done. Love is the most important thing, and that’s what I get – from Heaven.

 

LARRY: Yeah; yeah. God’s calling you into His Presence. He made it legal; it is available. Remember, you are “[T]he righteousness of God in [Christ Jesus].” You’re worthy because of Jesus’ blood; stand on that. And every lie of the enemy – just go to the Word – say – you have it; you actually have a sure-fire response to every lie and fiery dart the enemy throws at your mind, and you can say “No. Because of what Jesus has done, He’s given me all access into the Presence of God, ad those Heavenly encounters are [music ends] available for me today.”

SID: You know, I was fascinated, and you know the one thing you said that really hit me like a two-by-four, is I would put my hand on someone and pray for them, and kind of get the Holy Spirit to go through my hand into them. But you said something different.

 

ART: Yes. I was always raised with this idea. I don’t think anyone ever taught it to me. But I thought that healing was something you learned yourself into, that you had to like learn techniques and figure out how to push power out your arm, and all that. I discovered it is none of that. It’s just my job is to do my part and only my part to completely trust Jesus to do the rest. I don’t have to think the right thought, feel the right feelings, say the right words, quote the right scriptures, claim the right promises, any of that. It’s just take Jesus at his word. He said, “Lay your hands on the sick and they’ll recover.”

 

SID: Tell me about your two-year-old son. Again, there’s hope for me and you. Even a two-year-old can do it.

 

ART: My wife was playing in the living room with our two boys and my four-year-old was right between her knees on the floor, and she had her elbows on her knees, leaning forward, and that four-year-old Joey popped up and hit her right in the nose. And I’m sitting in the dining room and I heard this loud pop. She reaches up and she’s got blood coming down her hands, and J.J., the two-year-old, he hops up, runs over before I could get there and says, “Mommy, you okay?” Touches her nose with his hand and said, “Nose be healed Jesus’ name.” The bleeding stops. The pain stops. She goes and looks in the mirror. There’s no sign of a broken nose. All she had to do was clean the blood off her hands and she was totally fine. Still to this day, no sign of a broken nose.

 

SID: What a wonderful way to be raised. But something really beyond a broken nose happened. Your wife goes into labor, 24 weeks, and you know that’s not a cool thing to happen. What occurred?

 

ART: Yes. That’s when she was in labor with Jeremiah, J.J., the youngest. I was at the store and she had had pre-term labor with our first, and so we were kind of expecting to be careful. But she knew what labor felt like. And I’m at the grocery store, and she called me and said, “I’m in labor.” And I said, “Are you serious? It hasn’t been long.” She said, “Yeah, I know and the contractions are five minutes apart.” I left my shopping cart there in the aisle, took off running for the car, drove as fast as I could to get home. Don’t tell the police. But as I’m driving I’m crying, sobbing in prayer. And I just said to the Lord out loud, I said, “God, I can’t do this. I’m not strong enough for this.” And he spoke back to my spirit right in that moment, and he said, “This is what I meant when I said, ‘My power is made perfect in your weakness.'” This peace hit me. I realized I never was strong enough. It was never about that. I drive home the rest of the way in peace still knowing it’s a serious issue, and I hurried into the house. My wife is standing there in the kitchen with her hands backwards on the counter having another contraction. And I knelt down on the floor, laid my hands on her stomach and said, “In Jesus’ name, contractions stop now.” That one stopped instantly. We grabbed the overnight bag, jumped in the car, drove a half-hour to the hospital. She had two or three more contractions on the way further and further apart. By the time we arrived the contractions were done. They ran a bunch of tests. They said, “We can’t find anything wrong with you. We don’t know what happened.”

 

SID: Why is it harder for even, say, a healing evangelist when they get hit with an incurable disease in their own home? I mean, that should be the easiest place. Why is it harder?

 

ART: Really, honestly, the only blocks exist between our own ears. So we had these problems with how much we love our family member. And so we have these expectations like, uh-oh, I hope this works, because if it doesn’t I have to go to bed with this person tonight or I have to see them in the morning, you know. And we wonder, is it going to happen this time? We’ve been pursuing it for so long. Like Proverbs 13 says that, “Hope deferred makes the heart sick.” This thing you’ve been believing for and pushing for, for so long, gets put off and put off. Your heart can get sick and you start to expect, well it didn’t happen the last 37 times I laid hands on my spouse or my kid, or whatever. Maybe it will happen this time. Probably not. I’ll just expect it in the future. And it’s hard to talk about how to persevere without setting people up with an expectation that they’ll have to persevere. And so we end up trying. We see nothing. We don’t know what to do after that. It is possible to persevere, but it’s also possible to expect it right here, right now, and that’s what we have to expect every single time we minister to our family.

 

SID: Okay. I heard what you said. But I want you to talk to someone that for 20 years has been dealing with a chronic problem and I don’t know even know if they believe anymore.

 

ART: Right.

 

SID: Talk to them.

 

ART: First thing’s first, you’re doing everything right. You’re doing everything right. The only, this is the thing, people ask me, is it okay if I minister healing to myself? I say absolutely.

 

SID: [unintelligible].

 

ART: Yes. There’s nothing in Scripture that tell you that you can’t minister healing to yourself. Okay. However, there’s also not a prescription that says you have to. In other words, if you’re trying and you’re seeing results, don’t feel bad. It wasn’t, the weight of responsibility wasn’t on your shoulders to begin with. So the only prescription for a sick believer is found in James 5, which is to go to other mature believers and have them minister to you. So my job as a believer, my job as a sick person is really to contend as much as I can to do whatever it is I know I can do, but remember, I can’t earn a healing. There’s nothing I can do that’s going to accomplish more than what Jesus already did. He did all the work. It is finished. That’s the truth. So I have to bank on that. I have to hold onto that truth and just keep persevering. Jesus said everyone who seeks, finds. Everyone who knocks, the door is open. The only way that that doesn’t happen is if I stop knocking, I stop seeking, I stop asking, there has to be perseverance. Now beyond all that, I would encourage you, when you’re seeking healing, you’re seeking for Jesus to receive what he paid for. That means that seeking healing is an act of worship, whether you’re seeking your own healing or seeking someone else’s healing. And it’s a form of worship that only exists in this world. You’re not going to have that on the other side of eternity because you’re going to be well. Everybody is fine there. But right now you have a very valuable form of worship that is meaningful to the Lord. It’s dear to his heart. You know, Matthew 25, Jesus talks about this parable of separating sheep from goats, and he’s talking about the final judgment. And he says to the sheep, “I was sick and you cared for me,” or you looked after me. He didn’t say, “I was sick and you healed me.” See, when I stand before the Lord at the end of time I’m not going to have to answer for whether or not I ever worked a miracle. In fact, the people who pointed at their miracles for their justification, he says, “I never knew you.” What I will have to answer for is whether or not I loved. And so people who have someone who is in a chronic condition and they’re not healed yet, know that the greatest and most important thing to the Lord’s heart is the fact that you are loving and you’re caring, and you’re going out of your way to take care of that person.

 

SID: I want Art to pray when we come back. Number one, I believe God is going to operate through words of knowledge for your healing. I mean, he’s had many, many meetings where a hundred percent have been healed. But I also want him to pray that you have all these barriers come off and you start fresh for the greatest move of God’s spirit in history. God thinks enough about you.
